General Terms and Conditions

WARRANTY OF QUALITY

The period limitation for guarantee claims for all JazzHausMusik mail order offers (http://www.jazzhausmusik.de) is 24 months. Within this period of time the customer (the buyer) can demand that occurring defects be rectified. If necessary he/she can demand a replacement be provided. If rectification of the defect or provision of a replacement is unsuccessful within a reasonable period of time, the customer has the right to rescind the purchase.

DELIVERY

JazzHausMusik delivers ordered goods by the quickest mail - usually within a few days.

In case of order amount less than 75,00 Euro/Germany: 3,00 Euro

Delivery expenses / Foreign countries
Deliveries in Europe: 6,00 Euro
Deliveries outside Europe: 8,00 Euro

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The prices of goods apply to the prices valid at the date of the order. They remain valid albeit a price reduction or rise is effected after the date of order. All prices include Value Added Tax. The VAT - valid at the time of dispatch - is reported separately on the invoice.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

The delivered goods shall remain the property of JazzHausMusik until full payment has been effected.

Obvious defects have to be reported within a week in a written notification to

In case of justified complaint JazzHausMusik either rectifies the defect or provides the replacement of the ordered good. If improper modification or repair has been effected by the customer or a third party, JazzHausMusik shall accept no further liability.

REFERENCE TO GERMAN CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT

Customer`s right of withdrawal:
The following right of withdrawal is not valid in the case of sealed goods (Audio-CDs), if the sealed packing has been opened or damaged. The customer shall be entitled to withdraw his declaration of intention to conclude a contract within two weeks after receipt of the goods. The withdrawal has to be effected in written form (§126b German Civil Code) or by returning the goods in time to:

In the case of withdrawal JazzHausMusik will refund the purchase price to the customer after receiving the goods in question. The returning is on behalf of the customer at the risk of JazzHausMusik, provided that delivery can be effected by parcel. The charges for the return of the goods of an order of an amount to 35,- Euro shall be the responsibility of the customer.
